Fitch Farrow once thrived in the ranks of the criminal gang of witches known as the Bloody Hex. But times have changed, and so has Fitch. While reeling from a devastating loss, he resolves to take the gang down, starting at the top. His efforts to escape his villainous past are met with opposition when he is framed for crimes against the Capitol.
