Fitch Farrow believed his win in court washed his hands of his murderous past. But, when he's given the assignment to kill eight people in four weeks, it becomes clear that some things never change.
Working on both sides of the law has Fitch struggling to find balance. The leader of his gang wants those eight people kept alive, turning a murder plot into a mercy mission that will complicate things at the Capitol.
Following orders seems to be what Fitch does best, and what he likes least. Ultimately, he'll do what it takes to keep his cover intact, or risk losing his head to the Capitol's guillotine.

"I cannot find anything to fault in it. It's absurd how I ended up feeling something for every single character. Glaring 5🌟 is all I have to say."
"So, let's be real – who’s the ACTUAL puppet master here? Gosh, I loved Capitol Matters, Quinn did not fail to deliver. I felt like my heart was being ripped out of my chest one minute, and I was laughing the next. HOW? Because – Fitch. THAT’S HOW.
Two words: Read. It."
"You will literally laugh then be devastated with heartbreak. This book takes you on a roller coaster of emotions with all the twists and turns!"
